A Celebration of Baja’s Season of Abundance.
Mejibó is more than a word—it is a tribute to the land that inspires us.
In the Cochimí language, Mejibó refers to the happiest and most abundant season of the year, when the pitahaya harvest arrives and Baja comes alive with color, flavor, and generosity. From June through August, this season marks a time of abundance and gratitude for nature’s gifts.
That same spirit is reflected in every dish we serve—fresh ingredients, vibrant flavors, generous hospitality, and a deep connection to the land, sea, and culture of Baja California Sur.
