Our menu blends Baja traditions with global inspiration, featuring dishes designed to share — from fresh ceviche and sashimi to grilled vegetables, tacos, and house-made specialties. Every plate highlights the richness of Baja California Sur and the creativity of our kitchen.

A Celebration of Baja’s Season of Abundance.

Mejibó is more than a word—it is a tribute to the land that inspires us.

In the Cochimí language, Mejibó refers to the happiest and most abundant season of the year, when the pitahaya harvest arrives and Baja comes alive with color, flavor, and generosity. From June through August, this season marks a time of abundance and gratitude for nature’s gifts.

That same spirit is reflected in every dish we serve—fresh ingredients, vibrant flavors, generous hospitality, and a deep connection to the land, sea, and culture of Baja California Sur.

    It’s an outdoor restaurant with many shaded cooling area. The atmosphere is relaxing. There are many greeneries. We ordered tempura fish tacos and tempura shrimp tacos. Each dish comes with 3 tacos topped with coleslaw and sides of pico de gallo and salsa. We waited about 12-20 minutes for the food. The tacos were delicious. For payment, they take both Peso and USD.
